From 18 to 20 February 2025, the Goodnite Outlets team came together for a meaningful 3-day, 2-night team building retreat under the theme “One Team One Goal 1.0”, held at GEO Resort & Hotel, Genting Highlands, Pahang.

The event included a comprehensive sales meeting where we reviewed our achievements, evaluated performance, and discussed strategic plans for the future growth and direction of our outlets.

Throughout the sessions, the team demonstrated high levels of engagement. Everyone listened attentively, contributed actively, and raised questions where necessary. Open communication was encouraged, and any challenges or concerns brought up were addressed promptly and effectively.

Beyond work, we made time to celebrate our team spirit. Evening dinners allowed everyone to unwind and strengthen bonds, and we also took the opportunity to celebrate one of our colleagues’s birthday, adding a personal and joyful touch to the gathering.

This team building session was not only productive but also a memorable experience that reinforced our unity and commitment. We left with a stronger sense of purpose, aligned as one team working towards one common goal.
