On 19 June 2025, Goodnite International Sdn. Bhd. collaborated with postgraduate students from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) to conduct an Active Listening Training at our HQ in Kapar.

The session aimed to improve team communication by exploring practical active listening techniques. Facilitated by trainers Noorsuffiah, Naseem Fathima, and Fatin Nur Syazwani, participants learned how to better understand others—not just hear them.

Key Elements Covered:

• Paraphrasing – Confirming understanding through rephrasing
• Asking Questions – Encouraging clarity and interest
• Positive Body Language – Showing attentiveness through gestures
• Empathy – Connecting emotionally with speakers

The second half of the session emphasized listening without rushing to react, offering advice, or judging—essential for building psychological safety at work.

Interactive roleplays, group sharing, and a fun Mentimeter quiz kept the session engaging and practical.
