From 24 – 27 July 2024, the company organized the Goodnite Group Team Building event under the theme “One Team, One Goal 2.0” at AMES Hotel in Malacca. This event aimed to review the results of the Performance Challenge (PK) from the “One Team, One Goal 1.0” event held in January 2024.

Participants included key personnel from Goodnite Group and 25 outlet managers. 

At this Team Building event, we reflected on our progress from January to June 2024 and discussed our plans for July to December and into the following year. The event not only provided valuable learning experiences but also enhanced our understanding of the GroupNet as a whole, including the operational status of the outlets. 

In addition to meetings, we engaged in outdoor team-building games, and in the evening, we enjoyed an events party with theme “Clubbing Night”. The party featured a Best Dress Competition and a Dance Competition, where everyone had a fantastic time. By the end of the event, participants were already excited and looking forward to the next Team Building session.
