What are the conditions under which the product will be under warranty?

This product will be under warranty subject to the Terms and Conditions of Goodnite’s warranty coverage.

What is the duration of the warranty period for products purchased from Goodnite?

The Warranty Period covers products purchased from Goodnite up to a maximum of ONE (1) year, depending on the coverage, and is activated from the date of delivery.

Under what conditions will Goodnite Bedframe Sdn Bhd provide warranty service?

When the product is in normal use, Goodnite Bedframe Sdn Bhd will provide warranty service.

Workmanship or Materials: Design and Specification do not match the sample and catalogue.

This warranty DOES NOT cover:

  1. Misuses.
  2. Scratches or damage due to burns, cuts, pets or normal wear and tear.
  3. When the product has been modified or repaired by other parties without Goodnite’s prior consent.
  4.  Damage caused by improper placement or foundation.
  5. Alteration due to environment, light and heat.
  6. Improper cleaning and treating the product with chemicals.
  7. Spills of acid, solvents, dyes, or other corrosive chemicals, ink, paint, or body fluids.
  8. Damage caused by natural disasters.

To whom is the warranty extended?

This warranty is only extended to the original purchaser at the original delivery address.

Who is responsible for packaging and transportation costs for warranty service?

Packaging and transportation costs to and from the manufacturer, retailer or other repair point will be borne by the Purchaser.

What affects the repair timeframe, and what right does Goodnite reserve during repairs?

The repair timeframe is subject to material availability. Goodnite reserves the right to substitute materials of equal quality when necessary.

What documents must the purchaser provide to verify warranty qualifications?

The Purchaser must provide the warranty card and purchase receipt that includes the date of purchase to verify warranty qualifications.

Where is this warranty valid?

This warranty is valid within Malaysia ONLY.

What limitations does Goodnite place on their liability for damages arising from the use of the product?

Goodnite shall not be held responsible for any incidental or consequential damage arising from the use of this product. Under no circumstances shall The Company’s liability exceed the purchase price of the original product or its replacement.
