What are the conditions under which the product will be under warranty?

This product will be under warranty subject to the Terms and Conditions of Goodnite’s warranty coverage.

What is the duration of the warranty period for products purchased from Goodnite?

Warranty Period:

The Warranty Period covers products purchased from Goodnite up to ONE (1) year, depending on the coverage, and is activated from the date of purchase.

Under what conditions will Goodnite Bedframe Sdn Bhd provide warranty service?

When the product is in normal use, Goodnite provides warranty service.

This warranty DOES NOT cover:

a) Normal wear and tear, misuses or improper assembly.

b) Scratches or damage due to burns, cuts or pets.

c) When the product has been modified or repaired by unauthorized parties.

d) Damage caused by improper placement.

e) Damage caused by environment, light and heat.

f) Improper cleaning and treating the product with chemicals.

g) Spills of acid, solvents, dyes, or other corrosive chemicals, ink, paint, or body fluids.

k) Damage caused by natural disasters.

l) Products used for commercial purpose.

To whom is the warranty extended?

This warranty is only extended to the original purchaser.

Who is responsible for packaging and transportation costs for warranty service?

Packaging and transportation costs to and from the manufacturer, retailer or other repair point will be borne by the Purchaser.

What affects the repair timeframe, and what right does Goodnite reserve during repairs?

The repair timeframe is subject to material availability. Goodnite reserves the right to substitute materials of equal quality when necessary.

What documents must the purchaser provide to verify warranty qualifications?

The Purchaser must provide purchase receipt that includes the date of purchase to verify warranty qualifications.

Where is this warranty valid?

This warranty is valid within Malaysia ONLY.

What limitations does Goodnite place on their liability for damages arising from the use of the product?

Goodnite shall not be held responsible for any incidental or consequential damage arising from the use of this product. Under no circumstances shall The Company’s liability exceed the purchase price of the original product or its replacement.
Product’s General Care

ENVIRONMENT

Direct sunlight can cause furniture to fade. To help limit colour fading and fabric deterioration from sunlight exposure, protect your furniture by drawing curtains or blinds. Do not place your furniture too close to radiators, fireplaces or other sources of heat.

USE THE PRODUCT SAFELY

Avoid rough handling, such as jumping on the divan or pushing the headboard forcefully. These actions can strain the joints and weaken the frame over time. Instead, gently sit or lie down on the bed without applying undue force. This simple practice can prevent unnecessary wear and tear, ensuring your bedframe remains sturdy for years to come.

MOVE WITH EXTRA CARE

When it’s time to relocate your bedframe, take extra precautions to avoid damage. Bed frame legs, particularly those made of wood or delicate materials, are prone to breakage if moved carelessly. When possible, disassemble the bedframe before moving to reduce stress on its components. When lifting or shifting the frame, ensure even support to prevent undue pressure on any single part. Additionally, consider using furniture sliders or blankets to protect both the frame and your floors during the move. These thoughtful steps can prevent accidents and ensure your bedframe remains intact during transitions.
