1. This product will be under warranty for Five Years subject to the Terms and Condition of the company’s warranty.
2. Your Goodnite Sofa is covered, under normal use and starting from the date of purchase:
   1. For a period of 5 years for the internal frame construction.
   2. For a period of 3 years for the seat cushioning, sink.
   3. For a period of 1 year mechanisms, manual and/or electric mechanisms.
3. This warranty DOES NOT cover:
   1. Misuses;
   2. Scratches or damage due to burn, cuts, pets or as result of normal wear and tear;
   3. If the products are tempered with or has been repaired by other party without prior consent;
   4. Damage caused by improper foundation;
   5. Alteration due to environment, light and heat in particular;
   6. Improper cleaning and treating the product with chemical;
   7. Spills such as acid, solvents, dyes or other corrosive chemical,ink, paint or body fluids;
   8. Contract, commercial, institutional, rental trade or any other non-residential usage;
   9. Does not cover packaging or transportation costs to and from the manufacturer, retailer or other repair point;
   10. Damage incurred during the handling and transportation of the product.
4. This warranty is only extended to the original Purchaser at the original delivery address.
5. Transportation Charges to and from the designated services center and the materials used for re-upholstering will be borned by the Purchaser.
6. The time frame for repair is subject to the availability of materials. The company reserves the right to substitute materials of equal quality.
7. The Purchaser MUST notify the company through the Furniture Dealer from where the purchase is made, of any and all claims in writing.
8. Kindly provide your purchase receipt for warranty claim purpose.
9. This warranty is valid within Malaysia ONLY.
10. The company will not held responsible for any incidental or consequential damage arising from the use of this product, and in no event shall the company’s responsibility exceed the purchase price of the original product or its replacement.

Environment
Direct sunlight can cause furniture to fade. To help limit colour fading and fabric deterioration from sunlight exposure, protect by drawing curtains or blinds. Do not place your furniture too close to radiators, fireplaces or other sources of heat.

Operating Furniture Safely
Upholstery with moving mechanisms should be operated with care. Standing on an ottoman is not safe, sitting or standing on an armrest or an ottoman is also unsafe and never recommended. Do not allow children to play or near mechanized furniture or to operate mechanisms.

Moving
Unless the furniture is fitted with castors, it is not recommended to slide or drag it. By sliding or dragging your furniture, breakage can occur. Never move the sofa or chair by dragging or lifting by the armrests. The correct way to move the sofa is by lifting if from the base.

Avoiding Accidental Cover Damage
While accidents can occur, planning ahead can avoid most costly mishaps. Pets, toys, buckles, belts, rings, studs on jeans and other objects can snag or tear even the strongest upholstery fabrics or damage or deeply mark leathers. If this occurs, make sure not to pull the snag. Simply cut it off with sharp scissors.
