Goodnite Limited Warranty

Because we strongly believe in the quality, design and craftsmanship of our products, Goodnite mattresses are warranted against manufacturing defects in workmanship and material, as detailed below.

If you observe a defect, contact the Goodnite dealer from which you purchased the mattress. If the dealer cannot be reached, please contact Goodnite Customer Support at (603) 3250 2218 or email to customerservice@goodnite.com.my. In either case, you must, within the duration of the warranty, provide the purchase receipt including date of purchase and be the original purchasing consumer.

If defective in workmanship or material, your Goodnite mattress will be repaired with exclusive of transportation cost. If the Goodnite mattress you purchased is discontinued at the time of repair or replacement, a current model of comparable quality and value will be selected.

All other claims including incidental or consequential damages are precluded. If identical materials are not available at the time of repair or replacement, the manufacturer reserves the right to substitute materials of comparable quality.

Any and all implied warranties on this product shall not exceed in duration the term of this limited warranty. This warranty begins on the day you purchase your mattress. If your mattress is repaired or replaced, this limited warranty will not be renewed or extended. Please refer to the Goodnite Warranty Period on this card to determine the length of your warranty.

Warranty Coverage Details (Mattress)

The Goodnite Warranty covers only the following items during normal wear:

Goodnite Limited Warranty

  • Sagging or Body Impressions that measure 1.5” or greater, only if the mattress has been continuously supported by a matching foundation (or equivalent) and used with an appropriate bed frame with center support, or a minimum of 5 cross slats with center support that extends to the floor.
  • Wires that are loose, broken or protruding through the fabric.

The Goodnite Warranty does NOT cover items not expressly listed in the “Warranty Coverage” section, such as, but not limited to:

  • Transportation cost
  • Mattress purchased from second hand parties or non-retail establishments
  • Comfort preference
  • Replacement of another piece in a mattress, unless it is also defective
  • Body impressions in the mattress that measures less than 1.5”
  • Sagging in the mattress that measures less than 1.5”
  • Damage of the mattress due to misuse or abuse; including but not limited to jumping, sitting on one area for a long period of time
  • Mattress damage due to an inappropriate foundation or when an incorrect bed frame is used
  • Fabric stains, soiling, fluid penetration, tears or burns

Warranty Coverage Details (Bedding Accessories)

Goodnite Pillow / Bolster are warranted against defects in materials and/or workmanship under normal use for a period of 3 years from date of purchase by the original purchaser. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option, Goodnite will replace the product with a new product that is at least functionally equivalent to the original product.

This warranty covers:

  • Defects of a structural or manufacturing nature, including structural flaws in the pillow / bolster causing the foam materials to split or crack, despite normal usage and proper handling.
  • Deterioration resulting in a visible indentation or sag of 50 mm or larger when no weight is applied onto the pillow / bolster.

This Warranty does not cover:

  • Individual comfort preferences such a firmness, texture and feel.
  • Normal increase in softness or a decrease in recovery feature due to normal use, temperature or humidity.
  • Physical abuse and improper use such as bending or folding on pillow / bolster resulting in damage to its structure and / or cover material, including but not limited to cuts, tears, stains, soiling.
  • Deformity or damage to the pillow / bolster caused by improper washing, drying or high temperature treatment.
  • Abnormal or non-domestic use of the pillow / bolster.
  • Odour (some of the pillows / bolsters can have a natural odour).
  • Minor manufacturing discrepancies or cosmetic flaws.
  • Pillow / bolster dimensions within the accepted tolerance of +/- 3 cm on the quoted size.
  • Product under unsanitary condition or damage from any liquid penetration.
  • Transportation cost.
  • Usage outside Malaysia.
  • The pillow / bolster zip and cover.

All our memory foam / natural latex pillows / bolsters are new and have been verified with our strict guidelines, to assure they are certified for use. They may be small holes or have small imperfections, due to the nature of the foam / natural latex and the manufacturing process. These imperfections in the pillows / bolsters are normal and they do not interfere with the comfort of the pillow / bolster.

General Warranty Conditions

  • To make a claim under the warranty you must present the original invoice or sales receipt as evidence of your purchase.
  • The warranty is valid only if the Goodnite product is used and handled correctly.
  • The warranty relating to pillows and bolsters does not cover normal changes in hardness/softness or properties which do not affect the pressure relieving properties.
  • Complaints should be made to the authorised dealers from whom the product was bought.
  • If the dealer cannot be reached, please contact Goodnite Customer Support at (603)3250 2218 or email to customerservice@goodnite.com.my.

The duration of any applicable implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness, shall not exceed the term of this limited warranty. Goodnite shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages that result from the use of your Goodnite®️ product. No expressed or implied warranties are extended to persons who purchase the product from anyone other than Goodnite International Sdn Bhd or its authorized dealers, and all warranties to such persons, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness, are hereby excluded.

100 Nights Comfort Exchange

Within 100 days of purchase, if you are not completely satisfied with your Goodnite Love Series III mattress, let us know by sending an email to customerservice@goodnite.com.my and you are able to choose other models from our Love Series III. You are required to take photos/video of your mattress for our assessment of the product condition prior to this exchange service. Once we have assessed the mattress to our satisfaction, we’ll arrange a new mattress (at your choice) to your residence and collect back the existing mattress. Please note that by making a purchase you are also bound to the following conditions:


  • To be eligible for an exchange, you must be a Goodnite customer and have been sleeping on your Love III series mattress for at least 30 days. It takes around 4 weeks for your body to adjust to a new mattress, as such, we require you to try the mattress for at least 30 days before making an exchange request.
  • To complete your exchange request, we require a full product photos/video showcasing the current mattress conditions prior to exchange.
  • To make an exchange request, send an email with your purchase receipt and reason for exchanging to customerservice@goodnite.com.my.


Terms and Conditions:

  • Each mattress is only allowed for ONE exchange service.
  • To entitle for this exchange service, you must register e-warranty at Goodnite official website within 14 days after receiving the product.
  • The 100 days count will start from the purchase date.
  • Only mattresses within Love Series III are available for this exchange service.
  • Only valid for standard size mattress.
  • Customer is required to pay the variance, should the exchanged value is higher than the returned mattress. If the exchanged value is lower than the returned mattress, customer may top up with other products. No refund for cash or return is allowed under this exchange service.
  • Exchange service will exclude all the free gifts given from the first purchase and will not be entitled for any free gifts of the new mattress.
  • If you are not reachable or do not respond to our attempts to contact you with regards to your exchange request after the 100 nights trial period, you are no longer eligible for an exchange.
  • If the mattress has been damaged or stained, you will not be granted for an exchange.
  • Transportation charge of RM150 is applicable for the one-to-one exchange process within West Malaysia, not including any highlands, islands and Langkawi.
  • If you are not at home at the moment that the exchange is scheduled and required to reschedule another delivery, we will charge RM150 as a compensation fee to rearrange for another pickup and delivery.
  • If the mattress was not purchased from Goodnite Official Online Platform, Goodnite Outlet, Goodnite Eazy or any Goodnite authorised dealers (Refer to our authorised dealer listing from goodnite.com.my), it is not eligible for an exchange.
  • The exchange program is only valid within West Malaysia, not including any highlands, islands and Langkawi.
  • Goodnite reserves the right to make any changes on the terms and conditions of this exchange service.

Dalam tempoh 100 hari pembelian, sekiranya anda tidak berpuas hati dengan tilam Goodnite Love Series III, sila maklumkan kepada khidmat pelanggan kami menerusi email customerservice@goodnite.com.my anda juga layak memilih model selain daripada tilam Goodnite Love Series III. Anda dikehendaki mengambil gambar/video tilam bagi penilaian kami mengenai kondisi produk sebelum perkhidmatan pertukaran dilakukan. Sebaik sahaja kami berpuas hati dengan kondisi tilam yang ingin ditukar, kami akan melakukan proses pertukaran tilam baharu (mengikut pilihan anda) termasuk mengatur peroses penghantaran ke kediaman dan mengambil semula tilam sedia ada. Sila ambil maklum bahawa dengan membuat pembelian anda juga terikat kepada syarat berikut:


  • Bagi melayakkan anda menukar pembelian, anda mestilah pelanggan Goodnite dan telah menggunakan tilam siri Love III yang dibeli selama sekurang-kurangnya 30 hari. Ia  mengambil masa sekurang-kurangnya 4 minggu untuk pembeli menyesuaikan diri dengan tilam baharu, oleh itu, kami memerlukan anda mencuba tilam tersebut dalam tempoh sekurang-kurangnya 30 hari sebelum membuat memohon pertukaran.
  • Bagi melengkapkan permintaan pertukaran, kami memerlukan gambar/video penuh produk yang mempamerkan kondisi tilam semasa sebelum proses pertukaran dilakukan.
  • Untuk melengkapkan permintaan pertukaran, hantarkan email dan bukti resit pembelian beserta sebab pertukaran ke customerservice@goodnite.com.my


Terma dan Syarat:

  • Setiap tilam hanya dibenarkan melalui SATU proses pertukaran sahaja.
  • Untuk melayakkan perkhidmatan pertukaran ini, anda mesti mendaftar e-waranti di laman web rasmi Goodnite dalam tempoh 14 hari selepas menerima produk.
  • Tempoh 100 hari bermula dari tarikh pembelian.
  • Hanya tilam Love Series lll sahaja layak untuk proses pertukaran.
  • Hanya sah untuk tilam saiz standard.
  • Pelanggan dikehendaki membayar perbezaan harga, sekiranya nilai yang ditukar lebih tinggi daripada tilam yang dikembalikan. Jika nilai yang ditukar lebih rendah daripada tilam yang dipulangkan, pelanggan perlu menambah nilai menerusi produk lain. Tiada bayaran balik bagi wang tunai atau pemulangan dibenarkan melalui perkhidmatan pertukaran ini.
  • Perkhidmatan pertukaran akan mengecualikan semua hadiah percuma yang ditawarkan daripada pembelian pertama dan anda tidak layak menerima sebarang hadiah percuma daripada tilam baharu.
  • Sekiranya anda tidak dapat dihubungi atau tidak memberi maklum balas ketika kami menghubungi anda berkaitan pertukaran selepas tempoh percubaan 100 malam, anda tidak lagi layak untuk perkhidmatan pertukaran ini.
  • Jika tilam mempunyai kerosakkan atau kesan kotoran, anda tidak layak untuk memohon pertukaran.
  • Caj penghantaran RM150 hanya terpakai kepada proses pertukaran satu produk ke satu produk dalam semenanjung Malaysia, tidak termasuk kawasan tanah tinggi, pulau-pulau dan Langkawi.
  • Jika anda tiada di rumah ketika waktu penghantaran dilakukan dan kami dikehendak melakukan penjadualan semula penghantaran lain, kami akan mengenakan bayaran RM150 sebagai bayaran pampasan bagi mengatur semula pengambilan dan penghantaran yang lain.
  • Sekiranya tilam tidak dibeli melalui atas talian rasmi Goodnite, Goodnite Outlet, Goodnite Eazy atau mana mana pengedar khas Goodnite (rujuk senarai pengedar sah kami dari goodnite.com.my), ia tidak layak untuk proses pertukaran.
  • Proses pertukaran hanya sah di Malaysia Barat, tidak termasuk mana-mana kawasan tanah tinggi, pulau-pulau dan Langkawi.
  • Goodnite berhak untuk melakukan sebarang pertukaran ke atas terma dan syarat melalui perkhidmatan pertukaran ini.

在购买后的 100 天内,如果您对 Goodnite Love Series III 床褥不完全满意,请发送电子邮件至 customerservice@goodnite.com.my 告知我们,您可以从我们的 Love Series III 中选择其他型号。

在更换服务之前,您需要为您的床褥拍摄照片/视频,以便我们评估产品状况。 一旦我们对床褥进行了满意的评估,我们将为您安排一个新的床褥(由您选择)并收回现有的床褥。 请注意通过购买我们的床褥,您必须遵守以下条件:


  • 要获得换货资格,您必须是Goodnite 客户并且已经在Love III 系列床褥上睡了至少30 天。 您的身体需要大约 4 周的时间来适应新床褥,因此,我们要求您至少试用床褥 30 天,然后再提出更换请求。

  • 每张床褥仅可用于一次更换服务。
  • 要获得此项换货服务,您必须在收到产品后14天内在Goodnite官网注册电子保修。
  • 100 天时间将从购买日期开始计算。
  • 只有Love Series III 内的床褥可用于此交换服务。
  • 只适用于标准尺寸床褥。
  • 如果交换的价值高于退回的床褥,客户需要支付差价。 如果交换的价值低于退回的床褥,客户可以用其他产品充值。 此兑换服务不接受现金退款或退货。
  • 换货服务将不包括第一次购买的所有免费赠品,并且无权获得任何新床褥的免费赠品。
  • 如果我们在您 100 晚试用期后无法联系到您或您没有就本身的换货请求回应我们的联系,您将不再有资格换货。
  • 如果床褥已损坏或弄脏,您将无法换货。
  • RM150 的交通费仅适用于西马境内的一对一兑换流程,不包括任何高地、岛屿和兰卡威地区。
  • 如果您在安排换货时不在家并且需要重新安排另一次送货,我们将收取 RM150 作为补偿费,以重新安排另一次取货和送货。
  • 如果床褥不是从 Goodnite 官方在线平台、Goodnite Outlet、Goodnite Eazy 或任何 Goodnite 授权销售商(请参阅我们在com.my 上的授权销售商列表)购买的,则不符合换货条件。
  • 兑换计划只在西马有效,但不包括任何高地、岛屿和兰卡威地区。
  • Goodnite 保留对此兑换服务的条款和条件进行任何更改的权利。

Important Information

Goodnite reserves the right to refuse service and invalidate the warranty when the mattress, even if defective, is in an unsanitary condition (due to bodily fluid stains or soiling, infestation or other abuse), when the mattress has evidence of damage from liquid penetration, cleaning or the use of cleaning fluids, or whenever the product failure is caused by factors other than defective workmanship or materials.

Allowing the mattress to be in an unsanitary condition may damage the product and invalidate the warranty. For the health and safety of anyone who would be required to dispose of, or otherwise handle, the mattress, Goodnite may refuse to inspect such products to assess whether covered by the warranty, in which case, Goodnite reserves the right to deny warranty coverage.

The use of cleaning fluids may damage the fabric and materials in your mattress. Allowing water or other liquids to penetrate your mattress may damage the layers of upholstery, causing materials to compress. Either of these situations may result in damage that will invalidate your warranty.

Goodnite reserves the right to deny warranty coverage if the mattress exhibits stains or soiling of unknown origin or nature and it appears to Goodnite, in good faith that the mattress may be in an unsanitary condition or may have been damaged by liquid penetration or other abuse.

This warranty is given by the Goodnite manufacturer. Please retain proof of purchase to validate warranty coverage.

Note: Goodnite warranty service is only available in Malaysia.
