Goodnite Limited Warranty
If you observe a defect, contact the Goodnite dealer from which you purchased the mattress. If the dealer cannot be reached, please contact Goodnite Customer Support at (603) 3250 2218 or email to customerservice@goodnite.com.my. In either case, you must, within the duration of the warranty, provide the purchase receipt including date of purchase and be the original purchasing consumer.
If defective in workmanship or material, your Goodnite mattress will be repaired with exclusive of transportation cost. If the Goodnite mattress you purchased is discontinued at the time of repair or replacement, a current model of comparable quality and value will be selected.
All other claims including incidental or consequential damages are precluded. If identical materials are not available at the time of repair or replacement, the manufacturer reserves the right to substitute materials of comparable quality.
Any and all implied warranties on this product shall not exceed in duration the term of this limited warranty. This warranty begins on the day you purchase your mattress. If your mattress is repaired or replaced, this limited warranty will not be renewed or extended. Please refer to the Goodnite Warranty Period on this card to determine the length of your warranty.
Warranty Coverage Details (Mattress)
Goodnite Limited Warranty
- Sagging or Body Impressions that measure 1.5” or greater, only if the mattress has been continuously supported by a matching foundation (or equivalent) and used with an appropriate bed frame with center support, or a minimum of 5 cross slats with center support that extends to the floor.
- Wires that are loose, broken or protruding through the fabric.
The Goodnite Warranty does NOT cover items not expressly listed in the “Warranty Coverage” section, such as, but not limited to:
- Transportation cost

Mattress purchased from second hand parties or non-retail establishments

Comfort preference

Replacement of another piece in a mattress, unless it is also defective

Body impressions in the mattress that measures less than 1.5”

Sagging in the mattress that measures less than 1.5”

Damage of the mattress due to misuse or abuse; including but not limited to jumping, sitting on one area for a long period of time

Mattress damage due to an inappropriate foundation or when an incorrect bed frame is used

Fabric stains, soiling, fluid penetration, tears or burns
Warranty Coverage Details (Bedding Accessories)
This warranty covers:
- Defects of a structural or manufacturing nature, including structural flaws in the pillow / bolster causing the foam materials to split or crack, despite normal usage and proper handling.
- Deterioration resulting in a visible indentation or sag of 50 mm or larger when no weight is applied onto the pillow / bolster.
This Warranty does not cover:
- Individual comfort preferences such a firmness, texture and feel.
- Normal increase in softness or a decrease in recovery feature due to normal use, temperature or humidity.
- Physical abuse and improper use such as bending or folding on pillow / bolster resulting in damage to its structure and / or cover material, including but not limited to cuts, tears, stains, soiling.
- Deformity or damage to the pillow / bolster caused by improper washing, drying or high temperature treatment.
- Abnormal or non-domestic use of the pillow / bolster.
- Odour (some of the pillows / bolsters can have a natural odour).
- Minor manufacturing discrepancies or cosmetic flaws.
- Pillow / bolster dimensions within the accepted tolerance of +/- 3 cm on the quoted size.
- Product under unsanitary condition or damage from any liquid penetration.
- Transportation cost.
- Usage outside Malaysia.
- The pillow / bolster zip and cover.
All our memory foam / natural latex pillows / bolsters are new and have been verified with our strict guidelines, to assure they are certified for use. They may be small holes or have small imperfections, due to the nature of the foam / natural latex and the manufacturing process. These imperfections in the pillows / bolsters are normal and they do not interfere with the comfort of the pillow / bolster.
General Warranty Conditions
- To make a claim under the warranty you must present the original invoice or sales receipt as evidence of your purchase.
- The warranty is valid only if the Goodnite product is used and handled correctly.
- The warranty relating to pillows and bolsters does not cover normal changes in hardness/softness or properties which do not affect the pressure relieving properties.
- Complaints should be made to the authorised dealers from whom the product was bought.

The duration of any applicable implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness, shall not exceed the term of this limited warranty. Goodnite shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages that result from the use of your Goodnite®️ product. No expressed or implied warranties are extended to persons who purchase the product from anyone other than Goodnite International Sdn Bhd or its authorized dealers, and all warranties to such persons, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness, are hereby excluded.

Important Information
Allowing the mattress to be in an unsanitary condition may damage the product and invalidate the warranty. For the health and safety of anyone who would be required to dispose of, or otherwise handle, the mattress, Goodnite may refuse to inspect such products to assess whether covered by the warranty, in which case, Goodnite reserves the right to deny warranty coverage.
The use of cleaning fluids may damage the fabric and materials in your mattress. Allowing water or other liquids to penetrate your mattress may damage the layers of upholstery, causing materials to compress. Either of these situations may result in damage that will invalidate your warranty.
Goodnite reserves the right to deny warranty coverage if the mattress exhibits stains or soiling of unknown origin or nature and it appears to Goodnite, in good faith that the mattress may be in an unsanitary condition or may have been damaged by liquid penetration or other abuse.
This warranty is given by the Goodnite manufacturer. Please retain proof of purchase to validate warranty coverage.
Note: Goodnite warranty service is only available in Malaysia.
