  1. This product will be under warranty for Five Years subject to the Terms and Condition of the company\u2019s warranty.<\/li>\n
  2. Your Goodnite Sofa is covered, under normal use and starting from the date of purchase:\n
      \n
    1. For a period of 5 years for the internal frame construction.<\/li>\n
    2. For a period of 3 years for the seat cushioning, sink.<\/li>\n
    3. For a period of 1 year mechanisms, manual and\/or electric mechanisms.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    4. \u672c\u4fdd\u4fee\u670d\u52a1\u4e0d\u5305\u62ec:\n
        \n
      1. Misuses;<\/li>\n
      2. Scratches or damage due to burn, cuts, pets or as result of normal wear and tear;<\/li>\n
      3. If the products are tempered with or has been repaired by other party without prior consent;<\/li>\n
      4. Damage caused by improper foundation;<\/li>\n
      5. Alteration due to environment, light and heat in particular;<\/li>\n
      6. Improper cleaning and treating the product with chemical;<\/li>\n
      7. Spills such as acid, solvents, dyes or other corrosive chemical,ink, paint or body fluids;<\/li>\n
      8. Contract, commercial, institutional, rental trade or any other non-residential usage;<\/li>\n
      9. Does not cover packaging or transportation costs to and from the manufacturer, retailer or other repair point;<\/li>\n
      10. Damage incurred during the handling and transportation of the product.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
      11. This warranty is only extended to the original Purchaser at the original delivery address.<\/li>\n
      12. Transportation Charges to and from the designated services center and the materials used for re-upholstering will be borned by the Purchaser.<\/li>\n
      13. The time frame for repair is subject to the availability of materials. The company reserves the right to substitute materials of equal quality.<\/li>\n
      14. The Purchaser MUST notify the company through the Furniture Dealer from where the purchase is made, of any and all claims in writing.<\/li>\n
      15. Kindly provide your purchase receipt for warranty claim purpose.<\/li>\n
      16. \u672c\u4fdd\u4fee\u670d\u52a1\u4ec5\u9650\u4e8e\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u5730\u533a\u3002<\/li>\n
      17. The company will not held responsible for any incidental or consequential damage arising from the use of this product, and in no event shall the company\u2019s responsibility exceed the purchase price of the original product or its replacement.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
