The Goodnite® Warranty & Quality Assurance

Our goal is to provide you with the highest product quality and durability so you can enjoy your Goodnite® mattress for years to come. Because we strongly believe in the quality, design and craftsmanship of our products, Goodnite® products are warranted against the manufacturing defects in workmanship and material as outlined in the warranty brochure that came with your mattress or mattress set.

If you observe a defect, contact the Goodnite® retailer from where you purchased the set for warranty service. If you have moved or if your retailer is no longer in business, please contact Goodnite® Customer Service for warranty service at +(603) 3250 2218 between the hours of 9am to 6pm Monday - Friday.

A copy of original bill of sale is needed to determine original date of purchase. Model name label and warranty card must be provided to identify the bedding and validate this warranty.

What is Covered Under Warranty?

Goodnite’s warranty exists to insure that your Goodnite® mattress set is built to our high quality standards and protects against manufacturing defects. If you purchased a Goodnite® mattress and use it with a foundation and frame that provide proper support, this warranty covers manufacturing defects in your Goodnite® mattress or foundation.

We pride ourselves on our Quality Assurance and having a very low product return rate. If a Goodnite® mattress or box spring is found to be defective per the terms of our warranty, we will stand behind our warranty 100%.

Replacement of one piece does not automatically result in the replacement of any other piece. This limited warranty is provided only to the original purchaser.

What Is Excluded Under This Warranty?

This warranty does not apply to and excludes:

  • Firmness preference of the product
  • Normal body impression(s)
  • Cover (fabric)
  • Bent border/grid wires
  • Mattresses not used with a proper foundation and support system
  • Mattresses not used in a proper way
  • Merchandise sold “model/sample/display set”
  • Transportation, inspection, or removal costs of product

* Please note that due to use of higher density foams and/or the use of memory foam technology in some models, the recovery time may take up to 4 hours. However, normal increase in softness or a decrease in the recovery feature due to normal use, temperature, or humidity is excluded under this warranty.

THE DURATION OF ANY APPLICABLE IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TERM OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. GOODNITE® SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF YOUR GOODNITE® PRODUCT. NO EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE EXTENDED TO PERSONS WHO PURCHASE THE PRODUCT FROM ANYONE OTHER THAN GOODNITE® BEDDING COMPANY OR ITS AUTHORIZED DEALERS, AND ALL WARRANTIES TO SUCH PERSONS, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS, ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED.
