Acceptance of Orders
NO CONTRARY TERMS. ORDERS ARE NOT BINDING ON GOODNITE® UNLESS ACCEPTED BY GOODNITE®. ACCEPTANCE OF BUYER'S ORDER IS CONDITIONED UPON BUYER'S ASSENT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE, AND ANY INCONSISTENT PROVISIONS OF ANY PURCHASE ORDER OR OTHER WRITING SHALL NOT CONSTITUTE A PART OF THE CONTRACT OF SALE. If any of these terms and conditions are not acceptable to Buyer, GOODNITE® must be notified promptly.
Pricing and Specifications
Prices remain valid while they are listed and offered on this Website. Product availability may be limited. Products may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise or cease to make available any or all products. The price of the products ordered will be the price posted on the Website as of the date of the order.
All Goodnite® prices reflect Buyer's net cost in Ringgit Malaysia currency. The prices do not include applicable federal, state, and local taxes, charges and duties. You will pay all such costs, taxes, charges, and duties. Goodnite® reserves the right to adjust and communicate pricing should an error be found in published material.
Orders and Payment Terms
Orders are not binding on Goodnite® unless accepted by Goodnite®. Acceptance is determined at our sole discretion and orders can be rejected for any reason at any time.
Your form of payment will be confirmed at the time you place your order. Your payment for all charges will be processed and your credit or debit card charged at the time you place your order. All product charges will be collected at the time you place your order.
Payment via credit or debit card is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing your card. If the card information that submitted is incorrect or invalid, we cannot process your order. Neither Goodnite® nor any of its suppliers or service providers has any liability if your financial institution fails to accept or honor your card for any reason.
Goodnite® 30-Day In-Home Trial
You can feel confident when you switch to a new Goodnite® mattress with our 30-Day In-Home Trial. This trial program is offered exclusively by Goodnite® to our online customers, allowing you to experience your new Goodnite® mattress in your home for up to 30 days - and you may exchange another mattress if you are not completely satisfied.
This service is only available for ONE time and for mattress up to RM1,500. Once your GOODNITE® mattress is delivered and set up in your home, sleep on it for a minimum of 7 nights to adjust to a new level of comfort and support. If you are not completely satisfied after the first 30 nights, contact us at + (603) 3250 2218 to discuss your options.

Return or Exchange Policy – Goodnite® Mattress and Accessories Orders
Your GOODNITE® mattresses purchased via our online store will be made just for you at one of our GOODNITE® factories upon receipt of a confirmed order. Therefore, there are no cancellations on Goodnite® orders. Orders may be exchanged product with same value or above within 30 days after order confirmation, based on the 30-Day In-Home Trial Policy Excludes delivery and set up fees.
Orders for Goodnite® products are processed immediately upon order confirmation. Therefore, there are no cancellations on Goodnite® orders.
If you have any questions about returning an order, or if you find that your order arrived with damage or defect, please call us at +(603) 3250 2218.
You MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery. If you find any damage to the product, or if there is any reason for you to be concerned about damage, you have two options:
- You may refuse shipment and a replacement product will be ordered directly from Goodnite®, or
- You can write “PRODUCT DAMAGED” clearly on the sheet that you are asked to sign by the delivery agent. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be resolved efficiently. You can then follow up directly with us at +(603) 3250 2218 to arrange a replacement item, if necessary.

Shipping Policy and Charges
Mattresses and Foundation. All mattress sets sold above RM1,500 through our Website will be delivered free of charge (within West Malaysia only) through a delivery agent selected by Goodnite®.
Please note that FREE delivery on mattresses and foundations is only available in West Malaysia.
The delivery service will include: inside placement to room of choice, stair carries, unpacking, set up of basic frame.
- Standard delivery service is Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM and limited Saturday delivery, except for Holidays including New Year’s Day, Labor Day, Independence Day and Christmas Day.
- Goodnite® logistic personnel will call when the product is received to schedule delivery.
- Goodnite® will attempt to deliver our mattress within (14-21) fourteen to twenty one business days of our receipt of the order.
- Customers will have to pay for any additional charges if they missed the delivery appointment with our assigned logistic agent.
One other important thing to remember about the delivery service is that you MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery. (See Damaged Items below)
Accessories. All accessory items bed frames, sheets, pillows, bolster, mattress protectors will be shipped within 14-21 business days of our receipt the order.
When will my order arrive?
Your Goodnite® mattresses purchased via our online store will be made just for you at one of our Goodnite® manufacturing facilities upon receipt of a confirmed order, so you can expect delivery between 10 and 21 business days from the date of your order confirmation. This estimate is based on our experience and it could be more or less. You will receive a call from our logistic department to make delivery arrangements approximately 1 week after your order has been confirmed. 30 Day In-Home Trial Policy*
We want you to make your purchase with complete confidence. We know that that even after making a careful selection, sometimes people may need a different level of comfort. That is why your Signature series, Gold Series or N Series mattress and standard foundation purchase is backed by our 30 Day In-Home Trial Policy.
Outlined below is how the 30 Day In-Home Trial works:
- Buy a mattress set from us either by Website or phone.
- Sleep on the mattress for a minimum of 7 nights get used to your new mattress, as it takes some times for your body to adjust to a new (or any different) mattress. Once your body has adjusted to the comfort and support of your new mattress, you will know for sure whether or not you have made the right selection.
- If you are not happy for any reason within the first 30 days (and after the first 7 nights sleeping on the mattress) call our Customer Service staff at +(603) 3250 2218 and we will answer any questions you might have.
- If you are still not satisfied with your mattress you may either select another mattress (shipping charges will apply) or return your mattress.
- There is a limit of one trial offer per each consumer.
- There is no cash refund on the balance amount.
- This program excludes all Goodnite® accessories. Headboard and Divan/Foundation sales are final.
- Goodnite® will not accept or credit returns of any product that is stained or otherwise damaged in a way that would violate the terms of our warranty. Please refer to your GOODNITE® mattress warranty card for further details.
The validity, construction and enforcement of these Terms & Conditions of Purchase between Goodnite® and Buyer shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Malaysia. Any contract or dispute arising in connection with these Terms will be governed by the laws in force in Malaysia.
