Return or Exchange Policy – Goodnite® Mattress and Accessories Orders Your GOODNITE® mattresses purchased via our online store will be made just for you at one of our GOODNITE® factories upon receipt of a confirmed order. Therefore, there are no cancellations on Goodnite® orders. Orders may be exchanged product with same value or above within 30 days after order confirmation, based on the 30-Day In-Home Trial Policy Excludes delivery and set up fees.

Divan-Why is King Size Divan/Foundation comes in 2 pieces?

It is a King size (6') divan/foundation but separate into two pieces due to the space limitation with move in. You may need to consider this issue especially when your bedroom is at second floor or there are some space limitations at your house. This makes them wonderful for residences with narrow hallways and entrances, as many houses wouldn't have large enough front doors to take a full bedframe. But with a separate divan, the various components can be taken into the house one by one and then assembled inside bedroom.

We recommend that you test beds on the retail floor to determine your personal comfort preference. Lie down on each mattress to help you decide which model is best suited to your needs. Many components make up the feel of a mattress—such as coil unit construction, foam and upholstery layers, and cover fabric. Ultimately, the Goodnite® mattress you choose will depend on your personal preferences and the sleep benefits the model delivers.

Delivery Status—When will I receive my new Goodnite® mattress?

Please contact our customer service department to track your delivery status. Delivery arrangements vary by location.

Flipping Your Mattress—Am I required to flip my mattress?

If your Goodnite® mattress is a No-Flip Design, then you will not need to flip or rotate your mattress. However, you can rotate it every couple of months or so to help even out normal wear, but this is not required.

Hotel Beds — Where do I learn about Goodnite® mattresses in hotels?

If I need a replacement for my mattress or foundation, will the fabric be the same as on the original purchase?

As stated in our limited warranty, we cannot guarantee that the fabric will match that of the existing piece. Replacement of one piece does not automatically result in the replacement of the other piece. Goodnite reserves the right to substitute comparable material and models.

Standard Sizes—Do Goodnite® mattresses come in standard sizes?

Like all other bedding manufacturers, Goodnite mattresses come in standard Malaysia mattress sizes. Dimension sizes are allowed ± ½” tolerance. Finished sizes are measured from seam to seam on the binding tape at the centerlines of the width and length.

Please keep in mind that a new product may feel different than the Goodnite product you currently own due to changes in design and construction.

I live in one state and saw a Goodnite product I like in another state. How can I purchase that product?

How do I get warranty service on my Goodnite bedding?

Please contact your dealer for assistance. If your dealer is no longer in business, no longer selling Goodnite products, or you have moved from their service area, please contact Goodnite Consumer Service at +(603) 3250 2218.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty on Goodnite bedding is applicable to manufacturing defects only. Please refer to your limited warranty card for coverage information, or contact Goodnite Consumer Service at +(603) 3250 2218. Click on the link Warranty Information for more details.

Can I receive a refund?

As per the terms and guidelines of the Limited Warranty, replacement or repairs of the product are the only options available. Refunds are not available.
